In the event that an insured person is involved in an accident whilst:
- driving or travelling in an insured vehicle or travelling in any motor vehicle licensed to travel on the public roads
- riding as a fare paying passenger (but not as a crew member) in any air, rail or sea conveyance licensed to carry passengers for hire.
